Our story
Rufori was born from a simple observation: small and mid-sized companies in Germany miss hundreds of calls every day. Not because they want to, but because their teams are already at capacity.
As founders, we lived the problem ourselves. Missed leads, frustrated customers, stressed teams. The obvious answer was: hire more people. But that's expensive, and in a tight labour market often impossible.
